Support
MemberHello, Sorry for late response. Generally your single license is valid for one site. You can withdraw your license from localhost/starzit/site and then validate in your live site. If you need to work localhost and live site together, then you need to either purchase another license or upgrade to unlimited license. If you like to upgrade, you can do it by visiting http://user-meta.com/profile/
Thanks.October 21, 2013 at 8:48 am #4412webplusdev
MemberThanks for getting back to me.
How do I go about withdrawing my license from the localhost site? I recently switched computers and no longer have access to my previous development machine.
Thanks.

MemberHello,
You can set WP and UMP in same domain (localhost/starzit/site) and withdraw. BTW, I think you were able to validate license in your live site.Thanks.

MemberHi
I recently installed the free version of user-meta on my development site, I have paid for the upgrade but I cannot activate it as the develpoment machine doesnt have access to the internet.
I weould really appreciate some help with this.

Member@jcant, you must have internet access on the development machine if you want to upgrade to the pro version. It might be useful if there was a pre-activated version but there isn’t one that I know of.
Thanks.

Member@jcant, please send an email to support(at)user-meta.com with the site url where you are going to validate the license.
Thanks.November 10, 2013 at 2:46 pm #4453webplusdev
MemberHi there,
I setup another development site at localhost/starzit/site but User Meta Pro is asking me for activation, saying:
Your single site license already used in starzit.comNow, when I go to the actual site at starzit.com, there is another activation error:
Your single site license already used in localhost/starzit/siteI think it is in some kind of weird loop. Could you please reset my account for me? So that I can activate my site at starzit.com?
Thanks in advanced.
