Calling a list of members by a field

Is there a way to call a group of the members and have them listed based on one of the fields?

My website is based on a few locations, so I want to enable the admin in Montreal for instance to view/edit only the list of members in Montreal. Noteworthy is that the “location field” is required during registration.

Hello,
So far UMP doesn’t provide user listing feature. You might need to user another plugin or custom coding for this.
