    It would be nice to force dimensions on Avatar upload. Hard Crop is not set, so it defaults to false. I prefer to force users to use square avatars, so I just edit the code. Not the biggest deal, but it would be nice to create an option for this, or to maybe make the code do this by default.

    can you explain which lines in which file you have edited?
    I’m looking for the same function. i need the possibility to crop the avatars to 90*90 pixel.

    It would be perfect if user can crop the avatar himself. The plugin does this perfect. I tried to combine yours and this but I could not figure it out.
