Hello,

the avatar is stored in uploads/files/ ok, not the best solution, but works.

If I change the AVATAR the old one is not deleted!
If I delete a user, the AVATAR is not deleted, too.

Can you please FIX that.

when you change the AVATAR the DELETE works…but it is not working when you just DELETE the AVATAR, then it still remains in the FILE folder.

perfect that works fine now.

But there is another little error…I cant change the “maximum file size” I set it to 10240 (10MB) but this does not work…event if I enter 10240KB it does not let me upload images bigger 1MB.

Hello Khaled,

ther are still problems with the AVATAR upload.

1. the filesize does not work.
2. if I force cropping the image, then it creates a second smaller image in the folder with extension .JPG
3. the cropped image will not be deleted by DELETING or UPDATING the avatar

It would be nice if you can take a closer look at these problems. Right now the avatar funtion is a little bit useless for me.

I think, your server settings is causing file uploading limit. And for my case(latest dev), cropped image is also deleting.

What settings?
I cant upload images bigger 1 MB even when I insert 10240 KB.
I looked in the core there is something fixed set to 1024.

When i force cropping, the plugin saved 2 images in file folder. the original and the one with big letters.

This must be something from the plugin.

SORRY I did not see the new Version: User Meta Pro 1.1.8rc1 (June 11, 2016)

It works! But ONLY if the image does not have big letters.

image.jpg WORKS!
iamge.JPG DOES NOT WORK!

Hi Denis,

Try current dev version again. Current dev version convert all uppercase to lowercase in filename. And if you have issue with filesize, try to increase your server limit by increasing value of ‘post_max_size’ and ‘upload_max_filesize’ on your htaccess file.
