    hi

    I have a large number of user roles (created with WP Plugin User Role Editor)

    These are broken into a number of groups.

    In the Registration Form, I have a radio question (select 1) for users to choose their group.

    Then, using conditional logic, I show the corresponding group of user roles they chose, so then they can select their exact role, and register.

    However, this doesn’t work. Conditional Logic shows maybe 1 group, but not any others.

    Can someone help?

    No tech support? Been emailing in as well with this one. They claim to have not received my emails now claim my login details I supplied do not work.

    Hi,

    It seems, your theme or any of the scripts from plugins is actually preventing the conditional logic on load.
    But with the change of value (on-change) hide/show is working alright.
    You can try finding out the script that conflicts.

    Also, sorry for not able to provide the satisfactory support you were looking for. But it was the case that your supplied credentials were either not activated or wrong initially.

    I also have this issue. The show works but not the hide if I deselect a radio box?

    This plugin is quite expensive for what it does, and it doesn’t do what it does flawlessly.
