    Am currently running a dev version of 1.3 and attempting to upgrade to the latest release. Receiving the following error:

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please advise.

    hi…hi… yes, I know. I have the same problem. I dont think you will get any answer or solution because all message created throue this forum is send to me and not the deverloper of the plug-ins. Why, I dont know.

    Let us anyway hope anyone read this and take action. I use version 1,3 User Meta Pro. Last error message was “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

    Hello,

    1. Deactivate and delete the old version of the plugin
    2. Download the new version of the plugin
    3. Install the new version
    Your UMP data won’t be lost in the process. But for safety, you can save a backup before updating.
