I have a login page and have tried both the shortcodes in the documentation to display the login form and neither are working

[user-meta-login]
[user-meta type="login"]

Hi,
How did you call the shortcode? By writing in post or by calling do_shortcode() function or by using template tag? It looks like, required js and css files are missing.
