    Hi

    I am getting a problem with Backend Profile. I am not getting any fields at Available Fields in backend profile.Can you please help me there.

    Please make sure to fill up meta_key in extra field.

    Can you please elaborate? I don’t see meta_key anywhere.

    Hi,
    Go to “Shared Fields” menu and expand your selected field, here you find meta_key.

    I am having the same problem…I also made sure my meya_key is filled. Please advise.

    Sorry, I am not having the same problem. I see that the fields have been added to the back-end, but when I navigate to Users >> Add New, I don’t have the extra fields available to enter when creating a new user.

    How can this be resolved?
