    Hi!

    The plugin works great except for saving the email-notification.

    When i hit the save button the spinner just spins and never saves anything. I’m able to save under settings and create new fields.

    I am using 1.1.6 pro version.

    Do you have any idea how I can make this work? It’s kind of vital for the site im using it for.

    Hi,

    As this is not a known issue, we need to figure it out. Is it possible to set a temp admin account to your site for support(at)user-meta.com and contact to our contact us section with this topic url.

    Have you had the time to look at this? I need to know if I should look for another solution or another plugin. I need this to other site’s as well if it works.

    Hello,

    I’ve used your contact form again if you will not receive anything please provide me with an emailadress where i can send the information. It just striked me that i didn’t provide login information this time, i will use the contact form again.

    Have you looked at this?

    If the plugin doesn’t work as it’s supposed to i really don’t have much use for it and would like a refund or at least try it out on another configuration. But I don’t want to remake my entire site.

    Hi,
    This is an issue related with your server configuration. Your host doesn’t allows some pattern or number of posted data. If you click to “Save Change” button under Email Notification menu it fallen into 403 Forbidden error. Please contact with your host.
