    One of my sites has reverted from the PRO version to the free version, and the license will now not validate.

    It says “settings successfully saved” after I input my credentials, but the license does not get saved.

    We have an unlimited license purchased.

    Please try http://user-meta.com/activation/ and if not working then send an email to support(at)user-meta.com with your site url.

    Thanks for the reply – however the remote activation is not working. Will email support.
