It seems that if registration is allowed for a site, that any login opportunity should also contain a link to register along with the standards like ‘remember me’ and ‘Forgot Password’.

I can of course add this link by hand but then I have to add a conditional to make certain that it does not display when a user is logged in. If it’s part of the existing ‘login’ conditional, it would be very convenient.
