    Bonjour,

    I bought User Meta Pro a couple of weeks.
    I register with domain name domainname.fr.
    I change my default domaine name to www.namedomainname.fr.

    I reinstall the User Meta Pro plugin and I can’t register again because “http://user-meta.com/activation/” write that I had already register the plugin for the domain domainname.fr ….

    Could you help me ?

    Hello,

    One more issue :

    I use a “upload file” field in a user meta pro Form to upload picture.

    The field works perfectly when I set up “https://domainname.fr” in WordPress default parameters.

    The field doesn’t work anymore when I set up “https://www.domainname.fr” in WordPress default parameters (upload error is just “Failed” !)

    I had the same issue – it is with version 1.1.5. I could not remove licence nor activate after moving my site to a new host, same url.

    Solution was to go back to 1.1.4.1 and reactivate licence – magically worked for me!

    Note, I didn’t get any support either…

    Hello, sorry for being late in response.

    @Nayanor, normally you need to remove your license from existing domain in order to activate it into new domain. BTW, we have reset your license, you can able to validate the license on your new domain.
    And file uploading issue might be comes from directory permission. Please check web server have write permission to wp-content directory.
