Hi,

I bought this plugin, but the activation does not work.

First: In the admin panel of WordPress an error message is displayed: Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – HTTP status code was not 200.

Next: I tried the remote activation, but on the page http://user-meta.com/activation/ this error message is displayed: “Username: superadmin is not a super admin account for network.”

But: “superadmin” is a fresh created user and surely with super admin role.

Need your help. Thank you.

Hello Khaled,
thanks for your response.

This day morning I checked the site environment again and saw the problem: This is a WordPress multi site project with domain mapping (WordPress MU Domain Mapping).

Now I bought the upgrade from Single Site License to the Unlimited Sites License, and, activation on the admin panel works at first go!
