    I have downloaded and activated the PRO version but its not working, when i click on form creation or fields add button, then it keeps on loading forever.

    Would you please check your browser console, are there any js error showing. It may be a js conflict cause by other plugin.

    No js error errors. Most of them are styling issue in load-styles.php(Error: Unknown property ”. Declaration dropped) file and colors-fresh.css file.

    While at the top of the “Fields editor” page i keep getting message below:

    “Please enter your license information to activate User Meta Pro.”

    i have used the same email address and password that i use for login to the user-meta.com website. Is it the correct detail that i should be using?

    What do i need to do to get this plugin working?

    I have a similiar issue, the plugin basically works but still reminds me to activate license….

    i just paid for the plugin but i get an error activating it.
    Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – could not open socket
    tried google chrome IE firefox. doesn’t work
    only have wp-admin ajax running, shouldn’t be a problem.(part of WordPress)
