    How can I make the registration date to default to NOW when
    a new member registers?

    2nd question:

    I use 2 languages, is there a fix to use this plug-in with /en and /pt log-in and registration pages?

    Hello,

    To set registration date as Now, you do not need set any registration date field at registration form. Registration date will automatically populated as current date and time. And if you need to show date/time field at registration form and populate that field with default current value and allow user to change it, in that case so far user-meta doesn’t support populate field dynamically.

    User Meta use WP standard for translation. If your you have translation switcher plugin it suppose to work with user-meta too.
