Hello I am seeing this error when I submit a form.
`Warning: Parameter 1 to UserMeta\MultisiteUserInsertModel::validateMultisiteRegistration() expected to be a reference, value given in /wp-content/plugins/user-meta-pro/legacylib/Framework.php on line 292′
Why am I seeing this? I don’t even know what multisite user insert model is? Please how is this fixed?
I’m also getting the same error:
Parameter 1 to UserMeta\MultisiteUserInsertModel::validateMultisiteRegistration() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/teslatapsite/domains/teslatap.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta-pro/legacylib/Framework.php on line 292
It occurred 8 times yesterday, but not sure what is causing it. We have many more than 8 logins a day. Never used or need multisite registration.
Using WordPress 6.2, PHP 7.4.33. If it was a known fix in UMP 3.0, I’d update it.
I think it happens when you switch a field in your from a single option to a possible array, i.e. changing a single text field to a select list. It’s like the software can’t handle a change like that and you actually have to recreate the form. I’m recollecting from memory, I didn’t make a clear note of the resolution I’m afraid, but it no longer exists for me.
Actually I am again getting this error, even after creating the form from scratch, it seemed to be ok for a while and then has started again? I won’t be renewing the plugin if errors like this are occurring, this is blocking registrations to my customers website!
Any hope for a fix? Still getting hundreds of these errors. To get around users unable to log in, I had to put a link to the ugly WordPress login page.
If the issue remains, please contact support(at)user-meta.com
Thanks
