    Hi, I have the pro version of the plugin and I see where I can add page titles and such, but how do I create a multi-page form, so that the user fills out one section of the form per page?

    To do multi-page forms, create at least two Page Heading from User Meta >> Fields Editor. (e.g. Page1, Page2)

    Go to Forms User Meta >> Forms Editor, Create your form, drag your required fields. Then Drag First page heading at top and second page heading at the middle(where you need to break the form)

    Ah, thank you, I had only added the Page Heading where I wanted the second page to start!

    Hi, I’m using Page Headers, which display but the form is not paginating. All pages are on one page. Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks
