I don’t think it can be done with the options that exist at this time. The checkbox field type behaves like a “Set of Checkboxes”. A pair of radio buttons for y/n may be a workaround but saves the value equal to the selected “Field Options.

FYI, I abandoned this plugin today (even after paying my $29 and 2 days development work) because of too many unresolved bugs.

Along with is goes another bug. Inspecting the code reveals that I should see a message that says “Profile successfully updated” which does not happen.

The data does get updated, but not removing the pf_loading icon and not confirming the update is a major showstopper.

Also, the huge red upload button is disabled in firefox, while in chrome, opera, safari and ie the upload seems to be working but always says “imagename.jpg 39.3 kB Failed” (or whatever name and size the image was).
