Where is the product?

I don’t know if this happened to anyone else, but when I went through the checkout process, I was able to complete it. I received a confirmation email, but I didn’t receive the product. I expected to be able to download the plugin, or at least an email with a link to download the pro version but nothing was delivered. I did get an email confirming that my credit card was charged.

Am I missing something here?
