URGENT – login widget doesn't work

I am beyond frustrated. Can no longer login using the widget.

It seems like I have to watch this plugin like a hawk as things are constantly breaking down/becoming dysfunctional.

Checked “Do not use AJAX submit” on my login form and then I was able to log in.

BUT NOW I can’t log out!!

Using:

logout

In the “Logged in user profile settings” and it generates a link that looks like this:

Still a massive problem as I can’t do any further testing if I can’t log out!

Hello, Which error are showing when you attempt to logout?

Not showing any error. I reach this page (which by the way I think is annoying):

You are attempting to log out of cre8tives – infinitely connected

Do you really want to log out?

Then I click log out and get redirected back to where I was but the same sidebar is still there… no log in box.

After more testing it seems that the redirect function is working but the status of the widget never changes.

UGH. Worked for about an hour, then stopped again.

So utterly desperate to get a fully functioning version of this plugin!

I am sooo close to calling it quits on this plugin and giving it a one-star review on WordPress.org. I need some REAL ANSWERS as to why it is so incredibly unstable. Log in doesn’t work throughout half the site, logout NEVER works, plus other persistent minor bugs make it impossible for me to depend on it.

There are several factors that could affect plugins functionality such as your server configuration, other installed plugin or your current theme or misconfiguration of the plugin. So it is hard to say why they are not working from outside. As we always improve functionality or add new features on it, it could introduce new bug too. Although we test every version before release but no software are beyond the bug. So when we find any bug, we tried to fix it immediately.
