Upload field not showing in my profile to add a file there. PLZ HELP

Hello,

I bought user meta pro version today and i added some custom profile field. I added Upload file field with this settings ( http://s9.postimg.org/qysm6re3z/screenshot_475.png )

Unfortunately there nothing showing in my profile to upload file. ( http://s9.postimg.org/lonnfgtv3/screenshot_476.png ) But there should have upload option. I got this feature and tasted it works first time. but why its disable now? is there any issue with setting? Btw, i uninstalled s2memeber log and some other plugins. Please help me to active that upload field. actually i want a system there i will upload a Lease PDF file on every member’s profile and they will able to download that. but they cant edit or reupload that file

Hello, In your first screenshot, you have checked “Read only for all user” and “Read only for non admin”. Please uncheck those checkbox and save it.
