I solved the above situation but I have another one more serious.
All my codes not showing correctly:
FOR EXAMPLE for the code %logout_url%, (that I have listed in the widget) instead to show the linked word Logout
I have instead the following unlinked line:
http://www.axxxxxxx.net/xxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=d9e0732f2e&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.albini.net%2Fthemariandevotions,The same situation is with all links containing the cde like %certencode%
(This will occur everywhere in widgets, email notifications etc).Regarding for the other (unlinked codes) such as %first_name%, %last_name%, %display_name%, %nickname%, etc
THEY ALL SHOWING CORRECTLY.
I looked in Google for a solution but I can’t find not a single hint in merit..
Your help is much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance
May 26, 2015 at 5:34 pm #7161Tonino47MemberHi,
I can see the webmaster is taking some attention on my question
I have good news regarding the second part of my question, that is creating the widget
with the DASHBOARD LINK and LOGOUT LINK
I created the 2 links via Logged in user profile settings like this:
<a href="%admin_url%">Dashboard</a>
<a href="%logout_url%">Logout</a>
and not with the simple code %admin_url%” and %logout_url.
The the first problem is the one related to the USER ACTIVATION that requires Need email verification..
I have spend several hours with various options and settings still I can see why ALL THE VERIFICATION LINKS that I received in the (testing) emails NONE OF THEM ARE CLICKABLE.
So I started to look a solution but initial question was and still is:Why the verification links ARE NOT CLICKABLE ON MY DEFAULT THUNDERBIRD?
(But the same is occurring with the majority on Windows email application)WHILE ON MICROSOFT OUTLOOKS 2003 – 2010 etc + POSTBOX ALL THE LINKS ARE CLICKABLE OK?
Obviously as I use Thunderbird as my main email application, I tried all the solutions but I can’t solve the puzzle.
How can I solve momentarily the problem?
For example by looking on the EMAIL NOTIFICATION TEMPLATES:The main template is the one related to the EMAIL NOTIFICATION FOR SUBSCRIBER:
as it is %email_verification_url% on my case it gives me that very long (NOT LINKED)http://mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm/etc/mmmmm
would be OK to use I use the following code (as do one showing on the above example?) :<a href="%email_verification_url%">CLICK HERE</a>
and so the same with the remaining template?
Thanks
