Register Link goes to Default WordPress

The Register Link in the Login Page goes to the default wordpress registration page. It points to Register I need it to point to http://localhost/frontiergroupholdings.com/?page_id=473 which is my custom login page. I have tried redirection but get error messages.

Having a similar problem although I’d be happy with the wordpress register page. It just stays on the login page:
