"New Blog" field – Customize the 2 input field labels

In the “Fields Editor”, when you add a “New Blog” field, it places 2 text inputs on the registration form. 1) Site Name… and 2) Site Title.

These are not very clear to a potential new user. I’d like to be able to update the labels so they are more clear. In the backend, when I change the input for “Field Title”, it does nothing to either of these 2 fields on the registration form.

Any way to customize these?
