Message “Form already exist” when I come back to a form to fine tune it

Hi,
I did create a Register form and tested it on a page. So far so good.

But when I came back to the form to adjust it, I could not save it under the same name. I got 2 messages, “Not saved” in the Save button and then “Form: “Enregistrement (UMP)” already exists!”

I could save it under a new name and keep saving it as much as I need but if I get out of the form builder page and come back, then I can no longer save it under its own name even if I make no change on it.

It means that every time I do make some change to a form, I also have to come page to the page where it will appear and change the shortcode link accordingly. Not very practical.

What is the solution for that problem ?

Just an update : That problem occured only with the Register form. It did not occured when I worked on a Profile form.
