Logout is driving me crazy. I have tried to read thru responses others are gettings to the problme but can’t find a solution. Running multisite with User Meta Pro.
When a user logs out, I want it to go to the home page as indicated in the User Meta Pro Options Redirection. And I want the menu, which is done in a standard wordpress way, to say “login”. I do not want the resetpass page to come up.
Currently, the menu is changing to login, but I am getting the resetpass page. I don’t see any reason for this page in my case as users can reset their password using the standard WordPress login. And it will be very confusing to them. With some of the options I have tried, the menu never changes from logout to login, so they have no confirmation they have really logged out.
I have spent hours trying different things– please help!
I finally figured out I had to be logged in to download, and got version 1.1.5rc2. It is MUCH better, thank you very much. I turned redirection off. With it on, a person still shows as logged in after they logout. (They are logged out, but it is very confusing) The logout now directs them to the wordpress login screen. I would prefer to direct them to either the page they came from, but when I set up redirection, it did not properly show that they were logged out. We can live with it, it is so much better than before, but if there is a way to set it up that I am missing, please let me know.
