Login Issues? Spins but doens't log in | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Is anyone having issues logging into the site through the login form where the animation spins but then the just stops and the page doesn’t reload to advance me to the login screen?

Is this a glitch that more people are experiencing?

My site is current and up to date and happens whether I disable other plugins or not.

Advice welcome or thoughts on what to look at further.
