link amr user list to user meta profile

Small website trying to link from AMR User list to User Meta profile. This seems like a question for AMR but not much help happening over there. They have built in links to bbpress and buddypress profiles, but not this one. Any ideas?

Hello,
So far, with UMP only admin can allowed to see other user’s profile. BTW, UMP follow WP standerd to store userdata. So you can pull user data by calling any user related wp function.

http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_user_meta might be helpful if you try to build your own profile templete.
