Invalid Username or Email.

I just installed the plugin… and setup a front-end Login page from the menu. However, whenever I try to login I get the error “Invalid Username or Email” even for my Admin user. I also checked the box to go to the User Meta login screen… so now I am in a loop and cannot get into my site.

I have tried sever of my other accounts and still get the error message. I have also tried the reset option, but still this does not work.

Please help ASAP!

Ok I was able to disable the program thru FTP then login in and change the setting, but I am still having the issue where Meta User is not recognizing my account credentials and giving me the error “Invalid Username or Email” for any user I try to access.

Problem was solved. Looks like I only had “email” listed, instead of username. Thne I changed the setting to allow “login b email or username” and it seemed to work fine.
