How to show all fields on "manage profile" page for Contributors? | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

I built out my “manage profile” page by looking at my own manage profile page – which looks good. What I didn’t realize is that when I log in as a user in a “contributor” role, I only have a limited number of available fields to modify on the ‘manage profile’ page. Does anyone know how I can give contributors the same options on the ‘manage profile’ page as admins currently have?

Resolved… seemed to be a quirky issue related to changing somebody from a contributor role to an admin role back to a contributor role.
