Field Mapping Not Working

I have a simple registration form set up using default WP fields and a couple custom ones. None of the field data other than the email address is mapping to the backend of WordPress. And if I go to the Profile Update area on the frontend, none of the information entered at registration is saved there.

Sorry, I didn’t receive any notifications from your website that you had responded to my question. If you go to the footer and click Login / Logout, you can access the profile you created from there by clicking the other link in the footer for registration / profile update.
