Error messages

Dear community:
I’m getting the following error message when calling the item “Email notification” within the admin menu of the plugin:

Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /mnt/web1/e1/15/52410215/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/views/pro/email/emailNotificationPage.php on line 89

Also since installing the plugin I’m getting the following error message when calling the registration form from the frontend of the wordpress site:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for umPreloadsProController::registrationRedirect() in /mnt/web1/e1/15/52410215/htdocs/WordPress_01/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/controllers/pro/umPreloadsProController.php on line 180

The individual registration form does not load. Instead the normal registration window of wordpress is shown.
I’m using wordpress 3.4.2
