Edit 2nd Password Reset email notification?

When a user clicks the “Lost your password” link, UMP sends him an email that contains the link to reset his password. UMP provides admin settings to edit the message in this email.

But when the user clicks the link, goes to the site’s password-reset form, and enters a new password, he then receives ANOTHER email, which is NOT controlled by UMP settings:

Subject: [My Site Name] Password Lost/Changed
Message: Password Lost and Changed for user: bobsmith23
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

How can this email be edited? It’s important to be able to customize any communication sent to our members.
