CONDITIONAL LOGIC BROKEN!

Have tried multiple combinations of form field w/same results – complete inconsistent / fundamentally un-usable.
-Fields set to display based on value of another, NEVER show up.
-Fields set to display based on value of another, show up – but don’t revert when answer to prerequisite question is changed.
-Fields set to ONLY show up based on value of another, show up before any entry in the prerequisite field.

Deeply frustrating w/far too much time for testing 🙁
