Can't activate pro plugin in wordpress or remote

For 4 days I have not been able to activate your plugin with either the WordPress or Remote methods. Early on May 1st I contacted you via email and then again on May 2nd and have yet to get a response. I have not been able to activate the plugin. On the WordPress activation I get this error: “Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – HTTP and on the remote it is telling me that I do not have permissions. I am the super admin of this account.

I have noticed that someone else has also had this problem and there has been no response. Is there anyone home?

We are sorry to being late. Please try development version. You can download dev version from http://user-meta.com/downloads/

If dev is not working, send an email to support(at)user-meta.com with the site url where you need to activate the plugin.

1. I did not receive a notification that you had finally posted a response. I have spent the last couple of days testing out alternatives!

2. Having said that, I downloaded and activated the development version and I still cannot activate and get the following message: “Something went wrong – -32300 : transport error – HTTP status code was not 200”

I’ts been 6 days since reporting back that I still CANNOT ACTIVATE YOUR PLUGIN! EITHER PROVIDE SOME SUPPORT OR ISSUE A REFUND PLEASE!!
