    For those who cannot activate version 1.16 – you get a Something Is Wrong error. Try the 1.17rc3 version. That seems to activate OK. Otherwise, you are stuck sending in an email and waiting for an answer with an activation link.

    I have no idea if there are any operational problems with 1.17rc3. All I can tell you is that this resolved the activation issue for me.
