I am using the paid version of User Meta Pro. After migrating an existing WordPress site to a new URL/domain with User Meta installed and configured previously and updating all instances of the old URL in the MySQL database then re-uploading the new MySQL database with the new URL, all fields data and forms data are gone from User Meta. I get the following error messages on every page which had User Meta short codes: “Fields not found.” I checked the MySQL database and all the correct tables and rows were there. This is an urgent issue that I need resolved ASAP. I have the paid version, so I hope to hear back within a matter of an hour or two. Thank you so much! — Geoff Myers, geoff@simdex.org, +1 651-247-8170.
The wp_usermeta DB table has 46,630 rows in it, so the data are clearly there, but there’s some sort of disconnect between the User Meta Pro WP plugin and the MySQL database, even though I did find & replace of the old URL with the new URL in the database after migrating it to the new domain/URL. Please let me know your thoughts ASAP. Thanks in advance for your timely response.
Hello, UMP store its field, forms and every other settings to wp_options table. Please check your wp_options table for options_name: user_meta_fields and user_meta_forms
Thanks.
