    Where can I view the files that were uploaded with the registration form? I thought that i I added the fields in the backend, to view on the users page, I would see them there. I have AJAX upload disabled. Is that the reason I’m not seeing the files? where can I see them?

    Hi,

    You have to add the file upload field to the backend user profile from “User Meta >> Settings >> Backend Profile”, then from the user backend profile the uploaded file can be checked. You may not get the preview of the file on the user profile, but the file link should be there.

    AJAX upload shouldn’t be any problem here.

    It isn’t working for me. The files don’t appear on the backend (even though I added the upload field in the settings)

    Hi,

    Can you set a temp admin and send the credentials at support(at)user-meta.com along with some details of the issue, so that can be checked what is going wrong for you.
