After installing, activating and turning on the BuddyPress AddOn, I went to export all XPROFILE Fields. I dragged the fields I wanted from one column to the other, then clicked EXPORT UMP. All I get is a 32 bit NULL .txt file with nothing in it. Can you please help? I ended up using a .csv file but that did not import any avatars, which was the whole point for my purchase.
So in summary, I am exporting from a production intranet site, creating a UMP export file with a .txt file extension, in order to import 250 Employee Names into a staging site. The .txt file contains one line. This is all that comes over in the UMP Export .txt file: YToxOntzOjY6ImZpZWxkcyI7YjowO30=
Looks like an encoding or salt of some kind.
Please advise.

For your purpose you are not supposed to export UMP. “Export UMP” is used to export User Meta forms, settings, and other data. Use the “User Export” form that generates a CSV file with user data. However, you may not export image files directly with CSV.
Sorry if you were misunderstood about that. If the plugin doesn’t meet your requirements, please feel free to request a refund at support(at)user-meta.com.
Thanks.
