However, it does not work well when submitting the form in Chrome (it works well in Safari)

In the “Inspect element” module of Chrome, I saw a list of bad scripts, which say:

“An invalid form control with name=”element” is not focusable”

Kindly if anyone may offer help on solving this problem.
