Please let me know how to validate this as it has stopped working since moving to the live domain name. I have tried upgrading to 1.1.6 but there is still no option to validate in Settings.

So it seems that rather than upgrade in the normal way, if you delete the files from the server and then upload the files from the downloads section here it does the trick. Not all settings are kept but close enough.
