Uploading Avatar or and images returns: Failed | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Hi,
This is a amazing plugin and has saved me so much time, but when I try to uploaded any image i.e.
1. Profile picture (Avatar) or
2. Image meta field

Instantly I get the file name including it’s size then followed by “Failed” the page seems to freeze like its uploading in the background but nothing happens?

Please help as this plugin is great if this works…

I have the same issue as mikeb_gd.

In my case i don’t receive any failed message, the image seems to uploaded correctly, but i can’t find it to /uploads folder.

Not displayed to Profile page of user, not displayed to backend (i drag the specific field to settings > Backend).
