Hello and happy new year to all,

i bought the Pro Version a few days ago. Now i set up the plugin and everything is working fine, except of the “lost password” function:

Description of the problem:

– when clicking “Lost Password?” then you can enter an E-Mail adress and click the button
– then you receive an E-Mail with the link to reset your password (to this step, everything is O.K.)
– now if you click the link in the E-Mail you got redirected to a site which is blank only showing the message: “This page will be use for lost password, reset password and email verification purpose” –> it is the page with the slug “resetpass”
– But you cannot take any further action? What is wrong?

Version is: UMP 1.1.5rc1

Please help me ASAP!

Thanks for the fast reply!

meanwhile i solved the problem by myself. It was a problem with my theme. I had to switch the site “resetpass” to template view “Full Width”! Now it works fine…
