    Hello, I bought version 1.1.2 and activated the license on a machine. This machine was transferred to another ip and now the plugin does not work. I tried using the activation form remote did not work.
    I did a change in the code and then I cannnot update the version.
    Can you transfer the license validate to my user “akvg” for the domain http://www.acerteisaude.com.br?

    Hi again, please see if you can help me soon.
    I have user meta validated but as it was done for an old host IP host (the site was migrated to other host), the plugin does not run anymore. I tried using the activation form remote and it also did not run.

    Is it possible for you to quickly move the validated license for my “akvg” user to the new IP host for domain http://www.acerteisaude.com (now IP 198.58.104.31)?

    Please, if the last call made wouldn´t solve my problem, is it possible to keep my user meta running if I remove the current plugin and buy a new activation license and then install it?
    I can buy it if it can really solve the problem but I need your instruction to proceed.

    Hello,
    You don’t need to purchase another license and the license is not depends on domain or IP as we offer unlimited license. So changing domain suppose to work. BTW, what error message is showing when you tried to validate your license in new domain?

    I have a question about this: I bought a license for 1 domain. In the moment I’m with the WordPress site on a development server, but in the next few weeks I want to migrate her on another server and another domain. What must I do in this case? Log out in the plugin options on the old server and log in in the plugin options on the new server …?

    Hello,

    As you have Single License, you must need to withdraw your license from old site in order to validate license in new site. In your development server, export UMP data and withdraw your license from User Meta >> Settings menu. And in your production server, you can then validate your license and Import those data back.
