Hi guys,

I have question regarding profile update steps:
1.I’ve created simple field – First name, than created form Profile and assign this field to it.
2.Than I’ve added shortcode to my profile page [user-meta type="profile" form="Profile"]
3.Form appears fine but after I pressed update I got this error “You do not have permission to access user profile.” for simple users(subscribers) – for admin all works fine.

I’ve checked your code and noticed one thing – in file umMethods
you made strange check has user capability to add_users and in case when user doesn’t have it – plugin will show error.
It could be fixed by simple line of code
if( !empty($_REQUEST[‘user_id’]) && $_REQUEST[‘user_id’] != $userID){
instead : if( !empty($_REQUEST[‘user_id’])){
but You’ve done this thing for some reason and maybe problem in steps which I made during creation.

Could you help me in this issue?
