    Hi guys,

    Recently we’ve started experiencing an issue with various user signup forms where after registration, the user isn’t being sent to the custom URL.

    I’ve tried disabling Ajax on the forms themselves, and changing the redirect URL – but weirdly they all seem to want to go to one of the links – not to their respective ones.

    Here’s an example of the problem:

    http://www.air.org.au/members/distributor-signup/ is setup to redirect to http://www.air.org.au/members/distributor-membership-payment/ after submitting the form.

    Instead it goes to http://www.air.org.au/members/artist-membership-payment/, which is the link registered to a different form.

    I need to fix this urgently, can you please take a look at the page and see what’s happening?

    Ok, so weirdly after going through and manually updating / saving all of the forms, fields and redirects (and leaving Ajax turned off) it seems to have come good.

    I need to work out why though, the client isn’t happy and I don’t want this to happen again. Can you help me work this one out?

    Guys, it’s been nearly a week. What’s happening here? Can I get some support as a paid user?

    It’s been a month now, still zero support. This is ridiculous; I’ve paid for the product, so why can’t you help?

    Hello, sorry for late response.

    Please add following code to your functions.php (under your currently active them)


    add_filter( 'registration_redirect', 'custom_registration_redirect' );
    function custom_registration_redirect(){
    return 'http://www.air.org.au/members/distributor-membership-payment/';
    }

    Those code will force all user to redirect http://www.air.org.au/members/distributor-membership-payment/ after registration.
