    I tried to apply the latest upgrade today. When I did, I got the error message “Failed to uninstall old plugin”. However, the plugin IS uninstalled. It did not upgrade. How can I recover and save my user meta data?? HELP!!

    Hello,
    Don’t worry, your data won’t be lost. First completely remove existing UMP version then download and install user-meta-pro.1.1.3.zip from http://user-meta.com/downloads/
