Plugin stopped working | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

On March 12 the plugin suddenly stopped working. On registration page I have following error:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/t/timeoutb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/views/generateForm.php on line 19
On profile page:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/t/timeoutb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/controllers/pro/umBackendProfileController.php on line 81
And so on. It seems like the plugin began to fetch $fields variable incorrectly.
WordPress v3.5.1
user meta pro v1.1.2

How could it happen? How to fix the problem?
