    erased log in short code from page, then logged out, now no way to log in (as admin). Any suggestions?

    Now realize I disabled default log in to avoid user confusion! argh
    Still no way in.

    Rename user-meta directory by ftp. This will disable the plugin and then you can login by http://example.com/wp-login.php
