Hey there!

Great plugin. I am proud of my investment.

Still, I have a problem: mail activation

After registering, the new user gets the email with the activation url, but the account is not activated after clicking.

Every login attempt comes to: “ERROR: your account is not yet activated.”

How can I debug this and check what the cause can be?

Happy to hear you like the plugin. What happend when people click on activation url? Is it showing “Invalid Key” or anything else?

Nothing. Just takes them to the website and nothing happens. If login tried, the error appears.
That’s why I was asking about a debug method 🙂

One more thing, off topic: even though I am subscribed to receive email updates on this topic, nothing got to me when you replied

Email verification taken place by user-meta/models/pro/umSupportProModel.php method: emailVerification()

and this method called by user-meta/controllers/pro/umPreloadsProController.php methos: loginPageEextraExecutionContent() at line 127 for version 1.1.3rc2
